The NPE-210S2 sits in the middle of Navien’s condensing NPE-2 tankless line: enough capacity for a busy family home or a small commercial hot water load, without the footprint of a storage tank. It modulates from 12,000 up to 180,000 BTU/h, so it holds a steady outlet temperature on a single lavatory tap as readily as on several fixtures at once.

At a 35°F rise it delivers up to 10.1 GPM, which in most of the country covers two showers plus a sink running together. Dual stainless steel heat exchangers carry the condensing duty, and the unit can be cascaded with up to 16 others or common-vented with up to 12 where a single appliance cannot cover the load.
