Payment Methods

Grabllo accepts the payment methods shown at checkout. Depending on availability, these can include major cards and wallets processed by Stripe, plus PayPal. Available options can vary by location, device, and transaction.

Payment timing

Your order total and currency are displayed before you approve payment. Payment must be authorized before an order enters fulfillment. If an order is canceled after payment was captured, the payment is reversed or refunded to the original method.

Payment security

The selected payment provider processes payment details under its own security and privacy practices. When Stripe card payment is displayed, card details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields. Grabllo does not store full payment-card details. Never send payment credentials by email.

If a payment fails, review the information entered and any instructions from the selected provider. For a question about a Grabllo order charge, include the order number when contacting us.
