These terms apply to your use of grabllo.com and purchases from Grabllo. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.
Store use
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site security or operation, misuse another person’s information, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Cylinder labeling and blend documentation may be revised by the producer. Confirm the current listing and the cylinder label before purchase and use. Minor screen or photography differences do not change product specifications.
Orders and pricing
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to resolve payment, address, availability, pricing, or product-information issues before fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and reverse or refund any captured payment.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout through one of the options displayed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected account or payment method and that the billing information is accurate.
Shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Professional use and compliance
Regulated refrigerants are sold for professional use only. By ordering, you confirm that you hold the certification required to purchase and handle the refrigerant (EPA Section 608, or Section 609 for motor vehicle air conditioning) and that you will follow all federal, state, and local requirements for transport, handling, recovery, and disposal. You are responsible for confirming that the refrigerant matches the equipment nameplate and manufacturer service data. Grabllo does not provide installation, servicing, or site-specific engineering services.
Product warranties
Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s own written terms supplied with or published for the product. Grabllo does not add a separate store warranty.
Site content
The Grabllo name, site design, text, graphics, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially reuse site content without permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, and delivery carriers. Their services and policies are controlled by those providers.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Grabllo is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper sizing or installation, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or events outside reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
