The NCB-250/150H is the top of the NCB combi range. Its 150,000 BTU/h input and 120,000 BTU/h net AHRI rating give it the authority for a large house, while the 250,000 BTU/h hot water side handles a genuinely demanding fixture count.
Turndown is 11.1:1 on heating and 15:1 on domestic hot water, so the unit tracks a mild spring day and a January design day with the same appliance. As with every combi, size the heating side to a real heat loss calculation rather than to the hot water figure.

Check the published Navien documentation for this model against the property: heat loss or hot water demand, gas supply and meter capacity, gas line sizing, venting route and materials, condensate disposal, electrical supply, and clearances. A condensing combi-boiler that is oversized for the load is not a safer choice — it cycles more and modulates less.
Grabllo sells equipment only. Gas, venting, electrical, and hydronic work must be carried out by an appropriately licensed professional, with any permits the local jurisdiction requires. Manufacturer warranty terms are set by Navien and normally depend on qualified installation and registration.
